Hi Scotty, I’m at my wicks end. I bought a brand new 2020 Ram Promaster 1500 work van last November. It currently has 4,000 miles. It has left me stranded 3 times already with a ignition issue.
The key gets stuck in ignition turns and nothing happens. I’ve taken it to the dealership twice and they blow me off because they don’t see anything in the scan and can’t duplicate the issue. The crazy thing is every time it’s done it, after a few minutes it all goes back to normal. I’ve recorded it on my phone and I need answers. I don’t know what to do next! What do you suggest?
You don't listen to old Scotty I tell people not to buy them because they're made like crap and you're finding out they are.you're also finding out the dealers don't give one Hoot about your problem because they don't care they already have your money. Let's see what could go wrong here a poorly made American company Chrysler gets bought by one of the worst companies the world Fiat and it gets brought up by a French company what could possibly go wrong here
I would keep taking it back in and also show them the videos of what happens. Unfortunately, until it happens in their presence, they will probably keep trying to blow you off.
