Hello everyone!
recently the transmission on my 1994 Subaru WRX started slipping pretty bad and I was told by my mechanic that it needs a new transmission. I have been looking for an exact replacement but I haven’t had any luck. I found a transmission that has the same gear ratio (4.11), is AWD (VTD), but is from a 02-05 WRX. Will the transmission I found be “plug and play”?

I’m not completely sure but I think You should check all the connections (I mean bolts,...) to make sure they are the same.
