Hello Mr Scotty Kilmer, im from Turkey and here we are paying very heavy taxes for cars. Im a freshman medicine student and school costs me around 36,000 liras.Im pretty much broke so I need a cheap reliable car. In Turkey used cars are not safe. Therfore i want to buy a new car. My options are Seat Ibiza 1.0 evo, Hyundai I20 1.4 mpi, Kia Rio, Renault Clio 1.0 SCE and Fiat tipo 1.4  like i said i need to buy a car which wont cause me much problems. If you read this thank you for your time and have a good healthy day.

And im not an expert im open to any suggestions i was just listing cheapest cars.

Get a used Corolla or Honda. They are safe enough unless you drive like a maniac.

Scotty's not a fan of Hyundai, Kia and especially anything Fiat, and the other cars we just don't have here in the US so we have no knowledge of them here to make an informed recommendation. Would say find an affordable small Toyota or Honda

Didn't we have the others at one time?

Selam kardeşim...

I would take a look at old Toyota Corollas and Honda civics for long-term reliability. The Hyundai is junk and I don't know what you will do with the other cars' tiny engines. Ramazan mubarek;)

Out of the ones on your list I would go with the Renault. But ultimately I am not a fan of any of the ones on your list.

If a cheap Honda or Toyota is not available in your country, the next best out of the ones you listed is the SEAT Ibiza, Manual Transmission.

I don't know too much about direct shift gearboxes, which is the other alternative to the manual transmission.

Mind you, this is a blind recommendation, only based on the fact that the SEAT Ibiza is built on the Volkswagen MQB A0.  Audi and VW use this platform for their other vehicles in the same class.

I trust Volkswagen more than I do Hyundai/Kia, Renault, and Fiat.

But really, my recommendation is for a Honda or Toyota if you have access to them where you are.
