If your plainning to buy it avoid 1st gen
They have a compelling product (definitely more practical than the Tesla Cybertruck) but I wouldn’t rush to buy one. Let’s wait a few years and see what issues they have - and this being an all new product there will invariably be issues Ford will need to sort through. How long are these batteries going to last? No one knows yet. Best case, if you must be one of the early adopters (guinea pigs) lease it only.
