I just got a 2022 Tundra and would like to do the first oil change at 1200 miles. I keep hearing that Toyota uses a break in oil so wait the 10000 miles.
Can you please advise?

Who do you "keep hearing" that from?
Follow the owner's manual
See if you can schedule a 5-minute face to face with the service manager. Tell him your concerns and see if he will give you a straight answer. You just bought a $60,000 truck from them so they should give you the time. (The engine on the new Tundra has been a touchy subject, so they might have a number of things they want to communicate to a new owner)
I wouldn't wait 10000 to change the oil. The carnut has a video on this very subject . I don't remember the exact millage but it was suggested to change early.
