2012 Nissan Maxima vibrates when braking from high speed

  • Hi. My Hyundai Equus 2012 got rod knock. It’s going to take 4k to get a 38k mileage engine with 3 year warranty to fix it. In the mean time, I’m driving a 2012 Nissan 2012 maxima from my parents. When I tap lightly on the brakes, it vibrates a lot, more when I’m driving faster. I feel like the rotors are warped because my dad had America tire rebalance them. I replaced the. Pads but it’s still vibrates. I’m guessing the rotors are warped and need to be resurfaced. Is it worth it to resurface them or buy new rotors? Also love your channel?

Buy brand new rotors. They are not expensive.

The other thing is about your car (Equus), I would get rid of it sooner than later. It is basically an old Hyundai and you have engine issues. It is just the tip of iceberg.
