- Hi engr. Scott, I am currently faced with no start issue with my Nissan camera 1998 car manual after the engine bay was slightly washed. The car crank fine but no start at all. The spark plug wire has no power. I have taken the HEI ingnition distributor for a test and it passed it test. Presently i am short of ideas. Please I need an advise on how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Well you got something wet so do my video fixing a car that cranks but doesn't start up Scotty. Then see what's not working

Soak ALL your underhood electrical connections with WD40 to disperse any water in the connections.
