We would definitely need more detail. If it’s a lower oil pan which is most common your probably looking at an hours labor and the cost of a pan and rtv otherwise if it’s an upper pan your probably looking more to the 6-8 hour range and a few o rings plus rtv.  So detail is needed to give you any sort of accurate adviceÂ
The oil pan should be replaced if it's cracked or punctured by road debris (as you say, the most likely cause if there really is a hole), cost is going to be highly dependent on how much labor is involved. On some cars it's a relatively easy job, on others there's a lot of disassembly involved due to other parts in the way. Have a good independent mechanic verify the problem and give you an estimate. Dealerships would be the most expensive with a high likelihood of being ripped off. Chain shops such as Pep Boys, Midas, Firestone, etc. should be avoided as well.
I should add that this needs to be addressed ASAP. I'm assuming that it's a small leak/drip now since the oil change was done and you were sent on your way but if it gets worse and dumps your oil out while driving it's goodbye engine. Check oil level frequently in the meantime and if your oil light comes on turn off the engine immediately and pull over.
