Hi I have a 2010 Nissan Altima that has 121,439 miles. When I turn on the car it makes muffled rattle noise it comes and goes. I believe it comes from the engine but I am not sure. I have a medium quality video I would like to send you if you have an email I can send it to.

yeah the easiest thing to do is make a YouTube video and then just post the URL here and I'll watch often it's just a catalytic converter breaking down internally and it will rattle which is very easy to check you just go to the Cadillac converter tap it with a hammer if it rattles that's the problem
Your radio isnt loud enough.... just kidding ha ha
If it is a 4 cylinder the most common thing to cause a noise like that is the front exhaust tube the welds can brake and cause a noise similar to that which can also be temperature related
Could be the timing chain.
