Seems like a good deal. The RWD Nissan trucks are always a ton more reliable than their gasoline car's, especially the Frontiers. Have a mechanic check it out and make sure everything is fine and the truck is taken care of. If it is, jump on it!
If you were here in California I would say it is too good to be true and to run away because here that would be easily 15 grand, a 20 year old Chevy would be 9 grand, and a 20 year old Tacoma 10-15 grand. Assuming you are not in California in which case it's probably a scam, go ahead and check it out.
