I have a 2013 nissan frontier with 86,000 miles.
I've had no issues up to now.
I get regular oil changes.
What else can I be doing to ensure it keeps running good??

Well change the transmission filter and fluid if it's not automatic. And generally just check hoses change the coolant every 100,000 mi or 6 years
