no crank no start

2001 ford ranger,2.3l,158,000 miles,automatic.i turn the key get nothing.no crank no start.i had the battery tested i checks good.new starter.relays test good.new starter ignition switch,still nothing.no crank in any gear. will crank if i cross hot/ground on starter solenoid,but wont fire.

 any idea's,because i'm at a loss?

First try turning the engine over with the long bar with the socket that fits on the end of the crank bully if you can't turn the engine over at least 360° engine is locked up. If it does turn you have some kind of electrical problem like a bad starter bad wiring bad ignition switch bad battery
