2004 Buick rendevouis , 250, 000 miles 3.4 liter automatic , when its cold 15 degrees or colder out when starting car it just clicks ? I found that when i hit the alternator sometimes it lets it start . If tempeture is 15 degrees or higher car starts fine , battery voltage is good and alternator is charging the battery ! I havent had a chance to check the starter relay when it dosent start yet or battery voltage  , original starter and alternator and battery is 5 years old

if hitting the alternator helps, then you need to replace it.

Battery voltage is not a reliable indicator. Have it load tested.

The Mountain Man is right, as usual. Don't forget that auto parts stores like AutoZone, Advance, etc. will do a load test for free.
