I have a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire with no electricity to the car my son recently put a new stereo inside the car it was working fine for about a week and then all the sudden no electricity everything is dead I put a new battery and it still won’t turn on the car what could I look for and how do I fix it??

Electricity is generated in the alternator. Have it tested at Autozone. It's free.
A big boom box is going to put added strain on the system.
