Will my 1995 Ford Ranger 2.3 L engine run without a cam shaft sensor?  I have replaced crank shaft sensor & have replaced the ECM, unit still no fire. All relays are good. Getting no pulse from fuel injector wire plug. Crank shaft sensor is new & has been checked. Getting voltage to fuel injectors but no pulse. No "check engine light" on dash. Coil packs have been replaced. Truck started missing, shut it off, no restart. In the past, sometimes truck would not restart hot, but always started cold. If you have any advice, It would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you very much!

It definitely will not start without a cam sensor. It is that reading along with crank signals that are used to calculate fuel and spark timing. You could also check for baby security lights on possibly causing it to cut fuel
