Hi Scotty, I have a 2001 model RAV4 1az fse that cranks but wont start..everything else works perfectly..fuses,relays but there doesn't seem to be any power going the fuel pump and S.C.V. but tested both and are working perfectly...

Pray it's as simple as a bad ignition switch and not a failure in the main computer. Also could be bad wiring if the car has ever been erector lives in salt areas in the winter where wires get corroded
