I was changing the oil on my 2005 Honda accord but when I went to remove the oil drain plug, no oil came out. However, the dipstick still has oil on it. What could be the issue? The car is a 2.4L with almost 300k miles

Well to begin with, are you sure the dipstick was reading correctly? What you would do would be wipe it off, then stick it back in and measure it. Then you'll know if it really has oil in it. Now. If nothing comes out when you remove the drain plug then it's all clogged up inside. I would advise spraying some degreaser through the hole with some kind of a hose you could hook up to it to make it scored inside and clear the crud out
