I have a 2017 Ford focus with a 1.0L Ecoboost, automatic transmission,with 54000 km.(33000mi)
We purchased it 3 weeks ago from a Toyota dealership.
The car idles rough and has thrown a P04DB code.
- I think it's burning more gas than it should.
Also noticed the auto start stop isn't working.
You should first find out the issue and then go to the dealer. You have to have proof that the car is actually Lemon if you want to take that route and it is not an easy one. Take the car to an independent mechanic shop and have him fully check the car and give you a report, then act based on that.
Do you get any type of warranty included? Have you gone back to the dealership and reported the problems?
If you have a warranty Report it to the dealership, if not look up lemon law in your state if you’re in the United States
If you can still return that car for a full refund, I’d recommend you return it today itself.
