Hey, Scotty, I know you tend to say for at least most sensors to go OEM, though I'm curious if that includes O2 sensors. I can find Motorcraft, though it's 50% or more dependent on brand (Bosch, Delphi, Denzo, and NTK are the others I can find, with Bosch holding the highest ratings)

Yes.
If you know what the OEM supplier is for your car's sensors you can buy the appropriate sensor of that brand instead of the factory-branded part. For most vehicles that's going to be Bosch, Denso, or NTK. Where you really get into trouble is buying random aftermarket "Brand X" sensors, most of which are going to be Chinese knockoffs.
As an alternative, I have always used Bosch when I couldn't get or afford the actual OEM. After all, Bosch invented the 02 sensor.
