Oil in coolant i drained

I showed picture to a toyota mechanic on just answer he said it looks fine.   There is black spots in the coolant that I drained from an old leaking radiator.   2003 toyota tundra.   He said that can happen from sitting 2 years, agree or disagree?

no there shouldn't be any oil. Pressure test your cooling system.

There shouldn't be any oil at all in your cooling system, ever.  They're separate systems, and your head gasket blew if they're mixed together. 


Yeah I probably got screwed but I guess what do i learn from this?
