I have a 2004 350z enthusiast, it’s a 6 speed manual with 132,000 miles. I noticed a good amount of smoke coming from my exhaust, there was no milky color when I changed the oil but there was oil in my water reservoir and on the radiator cap. What does this mean?

Sounds like a blown head gasket or oil cooler (I don't know for sure if the 350z has one though) Scotty has a video on it.
