- 2013 dodge Durango V8 5.7L Awd crew
this happened before and I replaced the thermostat, water pump, heater coil and the radiator.
and now 8 months later the orange sludge substance in my radiator and coolant reservoir has came back.
Can you instruct me on what could possibly be the issue with this.

Where is the weak spot in the fence that separates the oil-circulating system in your engine and the water/coolant-circulating system in it??
Presto! Your head gasket!
BTW: I do not see how your former repairs (as listed) relate to a head gasket fail.....
