Oil leak - what to do?

Have a 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander that has an oil leak coming from inside timing belt cover. Look at crankshaft seal no oil.any help would be appreciated.

Replace the timing cover gasket, the timing chain kit and the front main seal while you are at it.

Sounds like its the camshaft seal. Appears its a belt driven engine so do a belt/tensioner replacement as well as camshaft seal.
