Hey Scotty I have a 1996 Honda Civic ex, 5 speed manual. I have an oil leak and I can’t find were it’s coming from it looks like it leaks from under the distributor but I’ve replaced the distributor o-ring and valve cover gasket and is still leaking.

try a UV dye tracer kit

did u use silicone on the valve gasket? you need to silicone all the sharp corners if its not 100% flat gasket. And you have to silicon where they are any half moons on the top of the head.
Yes i used silicone for the valve cover gasket
