Your leaking oil and there is none on the ground?

are your spark plugs fouled?

you can put a little AT205 in the crankcase and see if there is a change.

Wow that's pretty new for it to start leaking. Its probably a seal or a gasket that has failed or wasn't put in right from the factory. Don't use one of those "stop leak" things. Fix it correctly. Try to see where its coming from. Work your way from the top of the engine to the bottom as oil will drip down. You will probably find where its leaking. If its a very small leak and you cant see it, you can get one of those UV dyes to pour in your oil and then use the special glasses and the UV light to find it.

Edit: I read your post again. If you don't see any oil on the ground, that means your car is burning oil. Wouldn't surprise me. Lots of newer cars are burning oil and the owners are being told that "it's normal." There isn't much you can do about that other than keep adding oil when it gets low.

If you don't see any leak but oil vanishes, then the engine is burning it. Your Fiat just started transforming in money pit. I suggest get rid of it and get something better.

Good luck!
