I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage LS, it has about 90,000 miles on it, 1.8l engine. I changed the spark plugs today # 2&4 had oil on the threads. We drove from Springfield, IL to San Antonio, TX in Sept. In Jan I had to add a quart of oil. Should I just live with this or is there a way to lessen the problem?

If the tip of the spark plug is oily your engine is burning oil. If oil is just dripping down on the plugs externally you need a valve cover gasket.
