Scotty, I have a 2007 Dodge Dakota 4.7 V8 with 112,000 miles. I trips a P0344 code, cam sensor. I've changed the sensor with OEM sensor but still trips code. I've found that oil builds up on tip of sensor, I clean the oil off and code goes away. In about 1000 miles, the code trips and I clean the oil off and code resets. What can I do to keep the oil off the tip of the sensor???

Well you'd have to fix oil seals that are leaking if oil is getting on it and that could be very expensive having to tear the whole engine down and rebuild a bunch of parts I assume you have relatively high mileage on that thing
