What you think of a 2007 ford focus now over 240,000 and still driving? It might not look pretty but it still working.
Unfortunately the Focus really isn't a very good car. It definitely was not one of Ford's better efforts.
Not only were those cars more to the cheaper side, its definitely on its last legs. Keep in mind its basically worthless so anything more than 500-1000 bucks is a waste of money on that car.
Drive the Focus until it drops and sell it for crush value. Then buy a nice Corolla or Civic to replace it
You've got almost a quarter million miles out of it, tis served you well and owes you zero.
On a side note, the European Focus seems to be a way more reliable and long lasting than the US version. Plenty of examples here (mainly diesel admittedly) with north of 300k miles and still running.
That’s good - I am happy for you. Stay on top of the maintenance and don’t drive the vehicle aggressively and it can last longer. It may not be a bad idea to have in the back of your mind a next car - at least start researching now just in case.
I think it's a time bomb. That's what I think.
