Hey scotty! I love your videos, they have always helped me save tons of money when fixing my vehicles. But I'm having a headache with my 2000 ford ranger xlt 3.0 v6 automatic.. I've replaced everything besides the water pump and it still overheats while sitting for more than 10 mins, once you start driving it cools back down. Theres obvious flow in the radio so the water pump is working right? Theres no visual leaks. Also the reservoir bubbles up with water when it does get hot, and has never sent the fluid back to the radiator it just sits in tank.. any help?
If you've replaced everything but the water pump, then change the water pump. That might be your issue right there.
I have done the same as him but water pump has been replaced... only thing I have done different is I sprayed off the radiator... it was dirty didvthat yesterday and today it is raining and cool anyways... we will see when it gets semi- warm again

Only other thing is replace radiator.. or try something to clean it like CLR... idk
Let the engine get warm, but not hot. Then feel the radiator for cold spots - they indicate a clogging situation (or get the fancy thermometer thing Scotty has)
