I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V with a 156000 miles. I change the catalytic converter to a high flow one. After I started it up it started smoking. It didn’t do it prior. I changed all the spark plugs and coils and it continued to smoke really bad the code P0300 shows as the only one code. What could it be.

What color is the smoke? If it's dark, it's overly rich, if it's white, it's a blown head gasket.

I'd re-check the spark plugs and coils you put in - if they were OK, changing the cat shouldn't cause a random misfire. Did you make any other modifications/repairs?
