My 09 Matrix Xrs stalled on me while driving. I was able to restart it, but ran like crap. It gave me code P0335. Crankshaft position sensor A circuit. But, I also noticed my fans aren’t cutting on. Could those problems be related?

I would first examine ALL the connections and wiring for the crankshaft position sensor. If they are in good shape (no damage/corrosion whatsoever), then try replacing it as a next step. Hopefully it's just a bad sensor that needs replacing. If a new sensor is still causing a problem, then you may have a deeper problem such as a loose timing chain that may have "jumped" a few teeth and misaligned the whole camshaft timing. Or even worse...a snapped timing chain which may have caused significant engine damage. Do you hear any unusual sounds coming from the engine like loose metal or a whinning sound when revving?
As for checking the cooling fans, turn on the AC. They should immediately turn on for the condenser. If they don't, then make sure they actually work by jumping power to them manually. If they work when power is jumped, then the fan control module/relay needs to be replaced. If they don't turn on when power is jumped, then the fans themselves need to be replaced.
