Hey Scotty I hope you're doing well in Tennessee I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota V6 manual transmission and a relay burned out so I switched them up and now I have a p1491 code please help

The radiator fan control relay circuit is faulty. Maybe try changing that relay out again? Also check for a blown fuse on the same circuit.

Its gotten worst now ive change the relay and all fuse that looked bad now voltage goes down is there any good mechanic here in Houston???
