2003 Lexus ES 330, 200,000 miles, Auto, V6
P2118 code has been showing up. Sometimes when I quickly accelerate, and let off the accelerator. You hear a bump inside the front of the car somewhere. Often happens when I brake too. Also hear something like behind the radio like far back.
It sounds like a buzz from an electronic part or something. Don’t hear it all the time, but often you do.
i thought it was the throttle actuator. So I picked up a used one from junk yard. Installed it. And still does the same thing.
What could it be?

Well believe it or not it can be as simple as a bad fuse. Replace the fuse for that. If not that it can be loose wiring, bad connectors and even a faulty main computer but often a nose. It's just a worn-out fuse or corroded or loose terminals than the wiring
