1993 chevy 2500, 454 with large parasitic drain of 13 amps. Checked all fuses, relays, and alt diodes and they check out ok. Where should I check next?

Wow, that's a lot of amps. Most manufactures today allow around 20-50mA which you're WAY beyond. Grab a multimeter and follow this advice: https://youtu.be/KF1gijj03_0?t=107parasitic drain of 13 amps
