Parisitic Ground Drains Battey

I have a 2007 Ford Taurus automatic with 136000 km on it. The problem I'm having is after a couple of day with the car sitting the battery is dead. I've replaced the alternator and two new batteries. I put an oscilloscope on the negative battery cable an I see a random 1-3 Amp current square wave. I've pulled fuses to see if this randfom current draw will disappear, but it doesn't.

Any suggestions help would be appreciated.

Thanks
