I have a 2008 civic w 195000, Auto transmission. I just put new spark plugs in but before i put them in there were black or dark spots on the surface where the washer of the plug sits on in the cylinder hole.......what is that stuff? And how do i clean it if possible?? Thank you

engines get stained as long as it's flushing you don't lose any compression it doesn't hurt anything
