Hello Scotty,

I've been watching you for years and I know you've advised never to buy a Porsche, but i had to buy this car used.  It's my dream car.  A 2012 997.2 911 GTS with 6dpd manual.

I crashed it and it needs 2 headlights, bumper, front driver quarter fender, one radiator (cracked) ,and then paint job.  To get her back together will cost an estimated 12k in parts alone.

Do you know where can I find used parts?

Love your videos.  Congrats on new house.

Even junkyard parts for a Porsche cost of Fortune but you might try to contact junk yards in Germany they seem to have better prices the parts don't weigh that much so shipping isn't all that bad

That car is pretty much totalled and it is in no way worth fixing I would spend half that on the car because it's not worth 6000$ fully fixed. Unless you love burning money I suggest you buy a better sports car like a Civic type R or a Golf Type R that will be way better and cost way less to buy and repair.
