Looking at either a Honda Pilot or Toyota Sequoia. Both with a little over 100K miles. Which is going to last longer? Both have been maintained. Thanks.
Don't have much experience with the Pilot but I have a 2003 Sequoia approaching 300k. The trade off of course is gas mileage but I really have enjoyed mine.
Both are pretty good in the years you mentioned but the Sequoia would be a bit more reliable but of course worse fuel economy. Have you consider the Highlander?
I did but the ground clearance is not as high on the highlander.
If fuel economy isn't an issue I'd go Sequoia. You could also consider the 4runner but they have extraordinary resale value so I am not sure if its your price range.
Thanks a lot for your advice. 4runner is probably out of my price range. But I can swing the Sequoia, even though the Pilot is cheaper.
Generally speaking the Sequoia but you will take a hit in fuel economy. Which years are you looking at for both?
Looking at an 08 Pilot and an 07 Sequoia.
The Sequoia all day long, I seen them with 200k and more with minimal repairs. The pilots are good but they don't hold up as well.
Sequoia for longevity. No doubt about it.
