Hi so i have been getting this code as a permanent code 17989/p1581 on a skoda fabia 1.4 petrol 2005 around 110k miles
So far i have cleaned the throttle body and also done a throttle body alignment and its still a problem the epc light and engine light comes on and sometimes goes into limp mode.
Most of the time when i go to start the car the throttle body will start rattling for about 5 seconds or so.
I dont know what else to do other than replace the throttle body but its not cheap and im not 100% sure if its gone bad or not please help.
