Hello, I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Space star with a leaking fuel pump.
the gasket ring leaks when I fill up the car.
I've seen it come up through the pump and run over the tank on the street.
then it stops again, so it's not a leak.
but only a leak when filling up.
now I no longer get the part of the gasket rubber at Dealers in the Netherlands.
and would I have to buy a complete pump of € 530 excluding VAT.
And I hope to get it in America, please help me find it.
the article number is MR101046.
And the pump itself in question is MN150424.
but i just need the Rubber seal.

Its a rubber sealing my car get fludded if a get fuel 47 or 50 liter.
Is that a model not sold in the U.S.? (The model name was cut off in your original post.) Checking Mitsubishi OEM parts sources in the U.S. that part number is not recognized, so chances of finding it in the U.S. are not good unless it crosses over to a part used in a model sold here.
Doing a general internet search on that part number does turn up some hits, however the ones I've tried that are in English say the part is discontinued and not available. A number of sites come up in Russian and even with Google Translate I can't really tell if they have any in stock.
- Hi yes it is a 2003 Space Star. he comes from the Netherlands wherever I live. but it is no longer available in the Netherlands at the Dealers. I am obliged to buy a new pump that is madness. The pump works fine, but overflows with a full tank of 2 liters or something. I don't know anymore. but I'm in trouble for a gasket of 15 Euro.
