2017 Subaru BRZ check engine light, misfires, stalls out

Please help, I need my car fixed before the winter!

Help fixing a 2017 Subaru BRZ,100,000kms or 64,000 miles. Manual

Been trying to fix this car for 7 months. Can’t figure it out. Any help or advice counts.

CS: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON - MISSFIRE CYL 3 -
REPLACED PLUGS ALREADY - ROUGH START - STALLS OUT WHILE DRIVING -
CUSTOMER TRIED TO ADD SEAFOAM - PERFORM DIAGNOSIS

SCANNED FOR CODES. P0 300 RANDOM MISFIRE. P0 303.
CYLINDER 3 MISFIRE. P219A AIR FUEL RATIO IMBALANCE BANK 1.
PERFORMED SPARK PLUG WIRE TESTING - TESTED GOOD - NEXT STEP
RECCOMEND REPLACING # 3 COIL. ALSO PERFORMING COMPRESSION
TEST TO CONFIRM CONDITION OF CYLINDER 3. ALSO CHECK IF
CORRECT PLUGS WERE INSTALLED

Story: 104862 06/27/22 followed tech line direction removed fuel pump fuse. drained fuel rail. removed cylinder 3 spark
plug and checked for spark. spark strong . tested removed
nessesary parts to access all injectors performed resistance
test. found resistance slightly high on direct injector.
also tried known good fuel driver no change. also tried
known good spark plug. swaped port injectors no change.
techline reccomends replacing direct injector. 07/25/22 all
parts arrived replaced direct injector and high pressure
fuel rail. no change to concern scanned cid and
cvnCID:ZAJK00C CVN:3B4ED713. 07/27/22 replaced cylinder 3
champion sparkplugs with oem sparkplug sent the oscilloscope
data at idle for crank sensor (channel 1) and bank one
intake cam (channel 2) 08/04/22 techline recommends
replacing ECM for testing purposes. Fred has agreed to cover
this cost if it doesn't lead to any improvements installed
new ecm started vehicle and no change. changed cylinder 3
sparkplug incase old plug was soiled still no change to
condition 08/22/22 reinstalled known good injector driver
results are the same still getting history code P0300 and
P0303 09/07/22 re-performed leak down test and found all
cylinders when tested at 100 psi had 2-3% leakage checked
fuel pump harnesses and no issue found 09/14/22 replaced
all 4 spark plugs with oem subaru spark plugs 09/20/22 road
tested vehicle and pulled spark plugs to inspect condition
condition seemed normal 09/22/22 aquired spark plug tester
and spark looks strong and normal swapped coil pack 1 and 3
no difference in condition 09/29/22 reperformed leakdown and
compression test. Leakdown  for all cylinders was 2-3%
Compression was cyl 1:165, cyl 2: 165, cyl 3: 169, cyl 4:163
10/11/22 installed new coil on cyl 3 reperformed coil test
for cylinder 3 after using the correct gap on the coil
tester spark looks strong blue and consistent. no change to
issue vehicle runs somewhat decent during idle but once u
start revving and going over 2.5-3 rpm CEL flashes and
engine shakes but once back at idle CEL is gone and its back
to running relatively smooth

MAF sensor and O2 Sensor haven’t been checked because dealership said that it would have thrown a code.
