I have a 2016 GMC terrain. Had to replace engine. Before I did seal broke oil went into cat. Can I clean the oil out or do I have to replace cat

Well, you could try cleaning it, but if it was any length of time the oil would have burnt into the catalytic converter and clogged it up with hardened carbon in which case you would have to replace the cat
