I am in no way planing on buying one, I already have a nice 5.4. Just interested to hear some opinions...
What do you all think of the V10 Triton? Was it finally a reliable V10? The only experience I ever had is with the 5.4 (Which hasn't blown any spark plugs yet)
This one is a no brainier.
Actually I’ve never really heard anything really bad about those 10s. I’ve seen some around my state and south of me that have 200-250k and running great. I’d drive that 10 before I’d think about the 5.4.
Interesting that they never took off. Probably environmental regs or something.

I wouldn't mind a 6.8L V10 honestly. Pretty good motors, lots of power. But yes, environmental regulations killed it. And let's face facts: it was a gas hog among gas hogs.
