Hey Scotty, I have a 1998 Chevy s10 with a 2.2 4 cylinder, when I’m at idle I can hear the engine revving up and down, I don’t have a rpm gauge so I can’t see them going up and down but I can definitely hear it, what could cause this? Thanks! Truck has 117k miles

Look for the vacuum leak.
