- When engine is at low speeds & stationed / parked my steering makes popping noises when I do a full turn left & right.
- I already replaced numerous things.List below
- Cv axles
- struts
- top mounts
- end links
- sway bar bushings
- made sure all suspension including lower control arms are tight & torqued down
Could it be bad inner & outer tie rods?

Were any of the parts you replaced broken, bad or worn? The most strain on steering components occurs when stopped or at slow speeds. Odd sounds can easily be made by a worn steering rack. When engine is at low speeds & stationed / parked my steering makes popping noises when I do a full turn left & right
