Power Brakes
1966 Dodge Charger, automatic 383. Replaced master cylinder, vacuum booster twice, 4 slave cylinders front drums, springs and shoes rear shoes and bleed brakes 4 times.
Took to a mechanic for evaluation. He couldn't find problem. It cost me $100.00 and still has poor braking. I've had this car for 16 years.

Nice car.  I presume this has happened slowly over time.  Based on what you've already done, I'd replace all the old flexible brake lines next.  Also, evaluate quality of current shoes as they all don't wear/work the same and sometimes changes are made in their manufacture that affect their performance.  So after flex lines, I'd try a different brand shoe.
