17 traverse 3.6L FWD automatic
changing out power steering fluid
shoukd I buy in bulk so when I have to change it out again or should I buy as needed as bulk may go bad before I need it again or won’t be as fresh?

as needed. There's no sensible reason to hoard car fluids.
