Hey scotty, i use a Toyota camry SE 2002 v6, Mileage is around 135000 mi, replaced my power steering pump twice now, each time, the pump doesn't last a month before i start getting a "whining" noice, doesn't make using the steering wheel hard though, just the noice.
On both occasions however, i replaced with parts from "butchered camrys". Any idea as to what could be causing the pump noise??? Thanks

I would try using a new OEM pump and see if it still comes back.
