What’s for important? Preventative maintained or the brand? Like let’s say I buy a dodge charger or a Nissan Altima and take care of it and grandma it. It should last pretty well right? Or just go with the Toyota or honda?

You can perform all the preventative maintenance you want and it may possibly prolong the useful life of the car (beat the odds, so to speak) but it is no substitute for a poorly designed, engineered, and even assembled vehicle. Quality, durability, reliability need to be designed in by the engineers from the beginning, and they have their hands tied, too.
.
If you plan to keep your vehicles for as long as possible get a Toyota or a Honda.
Thank you for your answer! I’m pretty sure you answered that spot on! 🙂
