No to both.

detergents in gasoline will keep the injectors clean for a long time. At least 100,000 miles.

Brake fluid will also last a long time. (150,000 mi)

The only thing you need to worry about soon is your transmission fluid, if it's automatic. (50-60k)

Change the coolant next year (5 years)

Keep your tires inflated and rotated (8-10k)

Have a clean air filter

Fresh engine oil + filter every 5k

Who is recommending these to you?  You don’t need them right now.  Also, what does the owner’s manual say?

"Preventive maintenance", … why not just maintenance? All maintenance is preventive, … but I’m just being pedantic. Forgive me, …

Anyway, … why not just get a copy of an official Toyota maintenance schedule for your cheriot? Read it, … and read specifically a fine print! You know, stuff that gets you into "howevers". Details that allows you to define how is it, in fact, that you actually use your car. Yes!

Once you establish that, … just adjust your maintenance schedule to reflect the way you using your car. That means, … perhaps you have to reduce intervals between standard recommendations, … like half intervals between oil and filter changes, or transmission fluid fill and drains. Stuff like that.

Like it’s often said, it is better and easier to stop a problem, illness, etc., from happening than to stop or correct it after it has started, … or something like that.

And btw, … re your specifics in your question: … brake fluid flush: … good idea at the age of your car. I do such every two years. Fuel injection cleaning? Skip it, … if you use a quality fuel, you probably won’t be needing that for a very, very long time!

F.S.
